My grandmother has an original Sears Roebuck house which is in bad shape after all these years. Here’s what I’d love to do to spruce things up for her - keeping the footprint as similar as possible to keep costs down. I’d love to see other users’ renovations as well.

And for fun I did a mock up of a neighboring commercial building redesign to go from a warehouse to a community space.
